How do you detail in the sun, I heard you can’t?

The sun is not the issue.  The temperature of the vehicle’s paint is what matters.  During the winter time in Las Vegas the heat from the sun does not have a pronounced effect on the temperature of the paint.  It’s only during summer time when temperatures rise.  If the paint gets too hot, we solve this with an EZ-up tent we carry on board our custom detailing trailer.  The EZ-up tent blocks the sun’s hot rays.  Plus all of the professional detailing products we use are formulated to allow use in direct sunlight.  Along with the tent we set up, we have a special technique of keeping the paint cool.  Its one of our trade secrets that we don’t want our competitors to know about.
