Questions
Before you book
Do you need my water and electricity?
No. The trailer carries its own power and its own de-ionized, spot-free water. All we need is a parking space next to the vehicle.
Can you do a ceramic coating if I don't have a garage?
Yes. A garage is ideal for a coating install, but there's a second option when you don't have one — mention it when you call and we'll plan around it.
What's the difference between polishing and waxing?
Polishing corrects — it removes a microscopic layer of clear coat to take out swirls, hazing and oxidation, which is what brings the gloss back. Wax or sealant protects what's underneath. Wax on damaged paint just makes damaged paint shiny for a few weeks. Our Exterior and Restoration packages include a polish step for that reason.
Do I need a paint correction before a ceramic coating?
Not necessarily. Every coating package includes prep and an enhancement polish, and the coating bonds fine as long as the paint is genuinely clean. A full correction is optional — worth it if the swirls bother you now, because the coating will lock the finish in for years.
How far ahead should I book?
A few days is usually enough for maintenance work. Restorations, coatings and concierge details take a full block of the calendar, so give as much notice as you can — especially before a sale, a show or a trade-in appraisal.
Do you still detail motorcycles or boats?
No — we focus on cars, trucks and SUVs so we can do them properly.
